NEED OF EXPRESSIONS

Our group's Latin-influenced style of Hip Hop and R&B steps up the rap ante a notch, delivering spicy grooves, sharp lyrical content and striking verbal action. Need of Expression's music combines the staples of contemporary hip-hop hook with Latin melodies and R&B smoothness to create music that fuses rap with a dash of the sultry. 

The pair of Artists behind Need of Expressions are Maze and Maggie, the he-and-she duo that's bringing new flair to the Hip-Hop scene. Hailing from Brooklyn, the pair 's pursuit of peace and passion through self-expression - the hence the name of the duo's project.

'Music is our chance to say our story and have a voice for our community and culture." says Need of Expressions. "It takes persistence, strength, determination, ambition and last but not least be passionate about our music to become one with the sound that intrigues you." 

And one that intrigues others. Fortunately, Maze and Maggie, have all that and have succeed in crafting  music that resonate with both artist and listener.

Need of Expression is the duo's method of bringing positive vibes to listeners - using a genre not always noted for its positivity.

"We use music as a positive outlet to vent and say whatever we want and let go ." says Need of Expressions. Together, the pair pours the inspiration drawn from life, day-to-day struggles, diverse, artist influences and more into the making of Need of Expression's original take on hip -hop.
